Because they gave the Yankees first base coach a beard for some reason, even though the Yankees have had a no beard policy since 1976,….I am attempting to replace him with a white guy with no beard who wears uniform #75.
The Cardinals 3rd base coach seems to fit the bill. Pop Warner. White guy, no beard, wears #75.
HOWEVER, when I put him on the Yankees, his number changes to 76?
Same thing with another coach I took from Seattle, he is #68, but when I put him on the Yankees he changes to #69.
Is there a known glitch with this game where if you hire a new coach their number goes up one?
This all could be avoided if they would just let us edit the coaches. Even if it’s too hard for them to make it so we can edit full appearances, I would really appreciate if they could some day soon make it so we can at least edit coaches NUMBERS so we can avoid stuff like a base coach wearing a retired number or a number already in use by a player.
