I salivate like Pavlov's dog when I get a full count. I draw walks like nobody's business on 3-2. I might be terrible at every other count but 3-2 is MY count. I guess because after 5 pitches I'm more ''in tune'' with that particular batter against that particular pitcher. I see everything, like my senses are heightened. A pitch slightly out of the zone, I somehow know it immediately. I'm not budging. Not that I don't still go down looking from time to time. Nobody's perfect. And if it's near enough in the zone, I'm pretty confident I'm a .333 hitter with full count. If I do get anything resembling a cookie, I'm on it like a fat kid on, well, a cookie. If people would only look to the cookie, all of our problems would be solved. Look to the cookie friend, look to the cookie.Comment
