I have found a glitch in RTTS when you are a 2-way player when you select pitching Playstyle when you get into the game the active one is DH

Today's update fixed it

Noticed this over the last ten games I’ve played. I always click pause before the first pitch is thrown to see where the wind is blowing. I then clicked it again after the first pitch and it blows in the opposite direction and then stays there for the remainder of the game. Very odd.

with auto base running selected sometimes on steal attempts, my runner stops halfway between 1st and 2nd. like a statue. and bcos it's auto baserunning i can't control him, so he stands there and gets tagged out.

such a momentum killer.

My only big issue is not being able to complete a Daily Lineups game.

A similar thing happened with The Show 23. When playing a franchise, the CPU team shows poor rotation.
In 23, he is actually a starting pitcher, but
No matter how high his salary is, he will be demoted to LRP at some point.
(For example, low overall and expensive players like Wainwright or Kyle Hendricks)
24 just got more stupid
I played 70-80 games myself
At some point, the CPU team's rotation was just stupid.
He's not even injured.
Hunter Green is the future of the team
But he got demoted
The statistics are also good. It's not because of the overalls.
*Jordan Montgomery signed a free agent contract with the CPU team.
The current franchise is the old roster. It's ok*
Next, the Cardinals are even crazier.
Look at Miles Mikolas. He is era 2.95. He even has other league leader records. But why is he wasting his time on LRP?
Same with Yu Darvish
We already know that The Show's logic is outdated and has many bad points.
however!! This is too much
I have already given up on when they will change the role of number 2 hitter.
Because it's a game,
Ignoring the stats
Ignoring salary too
The broken rotation is so sad

Not the first time this has happened. Riley Greene came to bat, noticed he was batting .000 on the year. Looked at the lineup screen/box score…..all zeros.

1st baseman's glove & arm clips completely through the base runners arm on pick-off attempts. This has been happening for years & I'm surprised they haven't fixed it yet. It kills immersion!

Players are also completely walking through other players bodies at times, clipping through the ball boy's body, etc.

The issue with the lighting flickering right before the pitcher starts his wind-up is still happening. This should've been fixed by now.

I have been championing the cause for player-collisions, and some sort of mass versus spacial awareness for years.
I am still amazed that players can run through one another, morph inside of, and then through the other side of another player, and that after next-gen power, where collisions are in almost every other sports games, it is an ignored entity.
Even more amazing is that every year someone will post a “bug or glitch” that the, “shadow on the left field wall from the railing is totally wrong for a 3pm game start”, but players running through one another isn’t apparently that big a deal.

Only for that SP. He shows zeros stats accumulated in all categories. Now I don’t know if it was reflected in the other players stats as I don’t know what their accumulated totals were before the game. I had a backup franchise save file so I deleted this screwed up one.
Not the first time this happened.

Play now games seems to have been fixed. Never made it past 1 innings in the 3 games I tried a week ago, yesterday I played twice play now to the end, no crashes. However the only thing I did notice was the mariners brought Josh Rojas off the bench to pitch against me which I thought was odd, but turned out he did irl lol

Still have the bug where the "blue tint" appears on the bottom half of certain cleat types.

I recall this in previous versions (either '22 or '23) and it seemed like it was fixed at one point. But clearly there is a regression with this bug.
