10th inning runner on second to start
Next batter walks
Ask me if I want to pinch run….ignore
Both runners disappear off the bases

This is the second time it has happened to me.

UPDATE:
Just had the situation bottom 9. Batter singled, prompted to pinch run. Game was 2-2, so, even tho I didn’t want to pinch run I didn’t want to “ignore” and have that base runner disappear, so I elected to pinch run and it worked.

So, the workaround (pending the bug report) is to go to the pinch runner.

update: OK….More on the disappearing base runners. It happened before in extra innings and when I ignored substituting the base runner who, let’s say walked, both runners disappeared from the screen.

So today, tight game 3-3, 9th inning my batter walked. Held my breath and ignored the pinch runner. The runner on 1st didn’t disappear, whew. So the bug might only occur in extra innings when you start with a runner on 2nd, the next batter gets on, and you are prompted to sub and ignore it.

FYI.

Man this has been a bug forever. I know for sure since at least 2020. They will never fix this bug it seems.

Ran into a bug where my team (Rangers) is in 1st in the AL West through late April, but the pregame screen keeps listing them as 2nd (even when playing the actual 2nd place team, the Mariners . . . so we both show as 2nd).

Second time running into a strange bug where I bring in a relief pitcher, and then in the next inning that relief pitcher is replaced with the previous pitcher. If I go into the pause menu the game will show the correct relief pitcher that I brought in, but on the mound is my previous pitcher.

Whole game is bug. Played everyday for 3 months and then get a corrupt data msg. Done playing this game early once again.

Whole game is bug. Played everyday for 3 months and then get a corrupt data msg. Done playing this game early once again.

I don't think playstation currupt game file is specific to MLB the show only. It happens to other console games as well.

Also, if you use the cloud, you should be able to get your save file back.

Bottom of the 10th inning I'm on defense (I have auto fielding turned on). One out, runners on first and 3rd. Batter hits a double play ball to short, 2nd baseman receives ball at 2nd for 2nd out steps on bag, runner from 3rd steps on home 2nd baseman doesn't throw to first for the 3rd out. Run counts and seemed to cancel the throw because the run ended the game. If the fielder throws it would have been an easy double play ending the inning and the run should not have counted. ( I could be wrong).

Correct, run would not count:

"If a base runner on third crosses the plate with two out before the batter-runner is put out on a ground out or a fly out, the run does not score. Similarly, with runners on first and third, if the runner on third scores before a conventional double play (i.e. 6-4-3) is completed, the run does not score."

Haven't played in a few days, fired up my custom franchise fictional league and see that the numbers on the back of the jerseys are riding so high that they are covering up the names. Re booted the game but alas the same issue.

Not really a bug, but I played the Rays at the trop and saw a Wander Franco jersey in the stands. Don't think it's cool to rock those anymore.

This might be one of the last Shows I buy. For a month I waited to play RTTS while it continued to freeze at the combine. They finally fixed that and I have been playing, enjoying, but now can’t advance past July 13th. Have tried everything. Crazy how broken this mode has been since launch…

Same here. I actually had this happen last year too, but one of the subsequent patches fixed it. This time, I messed around with my 'saved team' file (started a new franchise using my imported team), made a couple of changes and overwrote the initial team save. I then backed out of creating a new franchise.

This fixed the away jerseys, but not the home jerseys (which did not originally have names). This could have been a coincidence, since I don't believe the franchise accesses that saved team after that initial "snapshot".

I do wish that it was similar to DD where you can continually update your jerseys. Like you can with stadiums in Franchise.

I noticed mine started doing this last week. On my home uniforms the number is no longer on the front and the players name is below the number on the back. On my road uniforms the number is no longer on the front and, like yours, the number on the back is covering the players name.

2 things ive reported today is i am unable to select a pinch runner in my franchise game despite enough players on my bench. i dont alawys pinch run so idk how often this may happen but earlier in the game there was a injury to rizzo so im wondering if the earlier injury cuases the game to mess up or if its a coinscidence. but despite enough players on the bench it would not allow for my runner the entire inning each batter up it would not allow it. but once i was on defense i could make a field sub..the other item i reported a while back is why every single time theres a dropped 3rd strike on a ball in front of the catcher that he picks up its counted as a wild pitch. thats not the correct baseball scoring correct? im 2nd guessing myself as if i missed something.

Did search player and he shows up as on the padres big league roster. When i go to padres roster he is no where. So i cant make the trade between him and guardians.

Make sure he is AA or higher, if he’s in A ball he won’t show up if your referring to the roster manager.
