MLB The Show 24 Patch Was Opening Day Oopsie

If you're going to introduce bugs in a patch, at least make it memorable. SDS absolutely...

I guess its just my sense of humor, but I found these bugs to be hilarious.

They are very funny. But I was disappointed to not play any of my Red Sox franchise yesterday. I finally got through the slog of the opening ten games to reach my home opener at Fenway Park with Brayan Bello as the starter. Only to have his eyes go all crazy. Not that it’s unplayable or anything but it really ruins the immersion for me lol

Other than this crazy patch I’m really loving the gameplay this year. I’ll probably hang in all summer with this one.

Mine isn't better because I can't stop laughing watching at that.

"Did they got hit in the head by Randy Johnson?"
"Maybe Will. E. Coyote made it to The Show!"
"At least the chin protector isn't over the eyes!"

It goes on and on...Clearly, that game never end up making me unhappy! ;-)

Same here, and I know it'll be fixed soon so that helps too.

I’m not quite as forgiving. I’ve always asked to fix legacy issues first before they add new stuff. I know, I know, this probably has nothing to do with that, but……it would be like making a car, putting it on the sales floor for sale, and then the look on the people who made the car realizing they forgot the doors.

Yeah but the show doesn't cost $45,000 and you won't possibly die if there is a visual bug

True, but not the point. It’s a product, sadly one of the few products that is full of bugs, regardless of how good the game is.

                  FYI
This wasn't a glitch. This is from the Dock Ellis Storyline where you try to recreate his 1970 no-hitter under the same scenario he achieved it.

I wonder if this is specific to certain rosters. I am playing with Evan Carter from a launch day roster and I am not seeing this. However I am a Texas Ranger fan and it does feel like we get a little washed when it comes to stadium details. Like all of the other stadiums crowds lunch bunched together and blur nicely when not in focus. The Rangers fans look more spaced out and no blur applied.

It comes up randomly, also I think it only happens in DD. I’ve only run into it twice, once was a pinch runner and the other time was a RP coming in.
