Hopefully they removed Carlos Rodon's mustache. He hasn't had it this entire season so far. Spring Training included.

They didn't. I don't expect they will until late in the season, if at all. That's how the was with Matt Carpenter when he was a Yankee.

I wouldn't hold my breath on that. They still have Minter's 2020 Duck Dynasty beard and he hasn't looked that way for over three seasons now.

SDS seems to have no rhyme or reason as to how they do things when it comes to rosters / players / coaches. They have some new player portraits (Kelenic) but then, still have cartoon pics for players who have been on the team for years (Dylan Lee). Faces are hit or miss. The rosters are usually a mess with tons of missing players who have been in the league forever. And then, they have some new managers and coaches but then are missing others.

SMH - Either do things right or don't do it at all. Either be an MLB game where the consumer gets a full representation of the league or go to a fictional league like Bases Loaded back in the day. But don't do things half-baked.

You have to remember that it's not just SDS, but the players have a say as well. They have to get give permission, then have to find time to get scanned.

It's not always easy for players to sit down for a few hours to get scanned.

They have an entire offseason - I don't buy that the players don't have the time. I just think the Quality Control for rosters is poor. But why wouldn't it be? You don't really need MLB accurate teams to play in the fantasy world of DD. But to those of us who like to play as our favorite teams, there's still a lot to be desired ...

Yea, an entire off-season, and they have lives, families, etc. I'm not making excuses, but to say all or nothing, is very short sighted

Duran came into the season with blonde hair, two weeks in dyed it black...

I'd rather see some upgrades on audio, Boog also had all off season to record names, etc ...

I'm a franchise player, I don't do DD. I'm a realistic player.

I'd rather see for the scanned models an ability to add / modify some features. Not requiring a full face scan redo.

They can’t make likenesses without approval though. That’s another reason why they do face scans. It’s why it took years to get Trout in the game since he didn’t give them approval to use his face. There’s a lot more that goes on behind the scenes than you think when it comes to player likeness.

Agree on the facial hair piece since it’s done in NHL already.
