Thanks! For some reason I thought they added the Phillies uniforms like a week before they debuted them on field.

You're right, the Phillies' were added with a patch the day after the reveal. That was also the fastest I can remember City Connects being added, so I don't know if they got lucky that the reveal lined up with a planned patch or what. It usually is closer to when they get worn in real life.

Yeah the Phillies were added either same day as the reveal or next day (can't remember exactly which day).

The Mets will be added in the next update.

I would guess within the next couple days. The game calendar lists a new conquest map coming on Tuesday and whenever CCs get added into the game, there's a conquest map for DD players to complete to unlock the uniform in that mode.

In game the uniforms actually look rather decent.

I guess I just don’t get some of the city connect uniforms.
Some of them doesn’t in anyway make me think of the city/teams

The White Sox do with the black white pinstripes and the South Side on the jersey
Wrigleyville for the Cubs is good, although if they are wearing them sometimes I will dump the blue pants for the white home pants. White Sox as well.

The Mets does not make me think of Queens, Padres makes me think about my mom when she was doing art work with pastels.
Reds nope. Giants although the Golden gate on the shoulders is cool, the rest of it isn’t.

Rockies are good.
Rangers…..not really.

Anyway, just my take.

I'm not from San Diego, so I didn't know this, but it helps to know the reason behind the city connects to understand why they came up with what they did. Someone (I'm not saying you) who just looks at the uniform without the reason behind it, might just say I don't get it.

A lot of them don't make sense if you just look at them, and make more sense when you read the release that explains everything.

The Mets uniforms make them look like the Yankees, so that is at least some kind of connection.

I did some research on a few of them, it appears the Reds is running an old “C” logo on the caps but everything else was meant to appeal to the younger audience and really has no other city connection.

Yeah the Reds city connects didn't appear to be any real city history significance
