Franchise users - what attributes do you look for in manager/coaches?

I found a manager and hitting coach with +3 clutch for a total of +6. I'm liking the results. One thing I accept is negative bunt rating because I use manage mode and rarely bunt. I accept a negative bunt rating to get a boost elsewhere. Contact and vision are others I look for.

For pitching coach I look for H/9.

For those who don't know the manager and coaching attributes are added/subtracted from your player attributes during a game. You can see this by pausing a game and looking at the players attributes. My +6 clutch for example has Corey Seager at 99 clutch during games and with 2 weeks left in the season he is the leading candidate for MVP with 32 HR and 100 RBI.

Manager and both hitting and pitching coaches I look for bonuses to clutch ratings. Im a firm believer in clutch.

i really don't care as long as they are all +. I don't hire anyone that has anything negative. And thats for all my staff.
