Sorry i didnt quote the paragraph I'm referring to , in regards to reasons why 25 isnt going to be on gamepass, but it wouldnt bother me if MLB let Sony pull the gameaway altogether for XBox. I think the best thing for everyone concrned is if a different developer made a new game for Xbox. I believe even the Show would be better off if Sony could go back to focusing on just the playstation. EA, MLB, XBox, what say you?

So what will this deep dive on gameplay tomorrow consist of? Is it just a 2 or 3 minute trailer like video, or is it a little more in depth than that?

So I take it you're saying you would rather buy an EA or 2k baseball game at this point?

I don't think having a game on both platforms is holding them back on anything.

I would love to be able to buy both. Preferably EA. I didn't much care for what much K did with their MLB game the last several years they made it.

I think it’s fairly clear at this point that neither EA nor 2K have any interest in developing a MLB baseball game.

It will be a written blog.

EDIT: actually we may see gameplay videos along with this. I forgot they are doing deep dives with Robert Flores, so it may be more than a written blog.

Thursday will have a video premiere with game developers showing off gameplay improvements/additions while discussing them in further detail

Yeah, I think 2K knows they can't make a profit with it. EA probably would rather to focus on growing CFB into the new Madden, so they don't really need any new side hustles any time soon. But I also don't believe they would have ended the MVP series if they weren't forced into it.

I hope we get something on presentation in these gameplay features. I don’t know where else they’d fit it in, and it’s still disappointing that it’s absent from the schedule this year.

I do think that 20 years ago it was backwards. EA would have been better with mlb and 2k with the nfl.

The last thing franchise needs is another mode. We already have franchise lite - March to October.

Best case the front office experience is part of franchise although that still wouldn't get me to buy the game given all the other issues that need to be fixed.

Yeah, that's what I think, Front Office is part of franchise, and not a mode like M2O. I am interested in seeing what its about tho.

I guess today will mostly feature the new QTE's. I am interested in what ambush hitting is all about as well.

I forget what else was shown gameplay-wise in the trailer.
