New Pause menus are looking sharp

No! Visual quality will not depend on your hardware. This game will continue to look the same until SDS has a challenger in the space. The umps still have blocked shoes its 2025. Your hardware will not change that!

They say that they listen to these forums then they know everyone is upset about the graphics and has been for a while. I understand I am just one person and even though Baseball is my favorite sport. I will not be giving my money to this years game. And that slide mechanic is not new! Its always been in the game. SDS get a new engine and make the game we all know you can make! Win your fan base back.

I think The Show ranked somewhere in the middle of the top 20, of games sold in 2024. Which is pretty good for a baseball game going up against games like Black Ops, Madden, and GTO etc. So yeah I don't think sales are an issue.

We're by far the minority of the fan base on these forums. Still yet, I'm guessing over 99% of those of us here still buy the game, even though we complain almost constantly.

There are always things every year that I wish were changed and / or improved, but yeah I already pre-ordered . Can't wait. The game just plays a smooooooth game of baseball.

I think the a lot of the fanbase comes from the fan boys on youtube who get views. I watched one youtube review of the gameplay trailer drop and as much as he wanted too he said nothing negative about the graphics even though there was an entire forum here that was in up roar over the graphics. Why most likely waiting on his free copy of the game!

So when a competitor does finally enter the space and gives SDS competition only then will they come back to the hard core fans of the game and not diamond dynasty for gameplay help. Its not that SDS does not have the team, they are catering to the majority who likes to hit home runs versus playing the details of the games which are seriously missing from the show.

I'm going to go as far as to say The Show has turned into an arcade game and I don't want to hear anymore on their streams about how they strive for realism in game play. No doubt in my mind that 25 will still be a canned animation game even more evident by the trailer when the second basemen made little effort to tag Tre Turner as he was sliding into to second. I knew then how bad the game was. If anyone should loose their license deal it should be SDS and if Pro Spirits was in english and had that license it would be game over.

That screenshot is a bit out of context - they did not mention any new attributes being added, that segment of the video they were talking about some of the icons that show up under a player when playing defense to show you what's happening "under the hood" on any given play. Basically showing the ratings of the player that matter in a particularplay in real time. I believe they mentioned yiy would be able to turn them off though. Definitely not for everyone - especially the clean screen crowd - but it is nice to have that sort of transparency.

An entire forum was in an uproar? In reality it’s pretty much a small group that actually post anything.

All modes as far as im aware. Can be toggled on or off though
