They rushed to prod a product that wasn’t ready and just ignored it since ( other than few dinosaurs and some Last Of Us buildings).

I know the dinosaurs are a target, and the bullpens frustrate me as much as anyone, but to say they have ignored it isn’t true, either. Here are four major items added since 21:

1. Night games and working light towers
2. Grass berms
3. LED ribbons
4. Standing fans

If the stadiums you’re building or using look the same as they did 4 years ago, then the creators don’t know how to harness the tool properly.

In my honest opinion, the best thing the stadium creator is for is to create minor league parks. And not even real MiLB stadiums. Just some generic fakes so that all sixty affiliates will have their own distinct home.

Genuinely curious, why would you prefer fictional minor league stadiums over real ones?

No no no, I definitely would prefer real to fictional, but fictional is a lot quicker than gathering all the necessary info and then bringing it to life. That's a real talent. And sadly my only real talent is being lazy, lol. So I create fictional.

IMO the vault is actually the greatest use of SC. Each one of the minor league stadiums I build is 5-10 hours of work, so I utilize that vault plenty to get all the other stadiums I need, plus historic, college, or whatever else I’m into at that moment.

No, I haven't used the vault unless I knew very specifically what I was looking for.

OriginalAlex819. The vault is so messed up on 25 that you’ll probably need to fire up 24 to see them until it’s patched.

It is so frustrating SC has only seen a few fixes here or there since the first year. It is an afterthought for them at this point after being a major feature when it launched.

But now having a broken vault is insulting. They charge way too much to allow this to happen. Test and have it fixed and ready before launch.

But when you can't even allow team branding, moving bullpens and other highly requested features then I guess the next step is just release it broken.

I still like SSDS but stuff like this and their minimalistic approach to improving Franchise mode are making it much, much harder. Game is still great and a lot of fun but the little things use to be something they nailed.

Reminds me of MSFS 24 at launch when you couldn't access marketplace and all your pre-purchased planes. I'm dying here without access to the minors/spring stadiums...lol.

It's just sad. They knew it was broken but since it isn't a "major feature" anymore they didn't address it. Hopefully it is patched shortly but since we've already seen a patch without a fix I don't see them caring to get it fixed fast. Hopefully I'm proven wrong.

Frankly, I would just appreciate a little more transparency. They are doing all these developers streams and have to know that the stadium creator isn’t working. I just don’t understand how you can put a game out without at least acknowledging a major user feature bug upfront (280k uploads). At least Microsoft acknowledged the problems upfront.

Creators put a ton of time into things OUTSIDE of the stadiums. Looked great in the editor, but 95% of the stuff you’d never see in game. So they were given street lights, pylons, fire hydrants, etc., etc. For what?

They ignored signage, e.g., something desperately needed.
Desperately. But we got a pterosaur carousel….oof.

As a result even the best stadiums, most detailed, all pretty much looked familiar. The creator in its current form will become moot for the creators who know what they are doing.

Remains to be seen, I guess.

Its because us creators are talented and replicate every single thing inside and outside of the ballpark.....

It seems like brand new stadiums show up in the vault but all of the old ones either don’t show a preview or are overwritten by one of the default templates. Hoping that gets fixed soon because I want to start up my franchise and not have to recreate my clover park from scratch.

I checked today my stadiums in the vault both in MLB 24 and MLB 25. In 24 my stadiums are all there. In 25 my stadium NAMES are all there, but not the stadiums corresponding to those names. The latest update, .003, did not fix this. I hope they fix this soon.

The first two years with Stadium Creator SDS came a long way... and then all stopped. Other than adding more props, some of which were not interesting, nothing has happened in 24 and 25. The most important (and a bit more complex) requests like being able to add scoreboards or signs to the walls or the ability to move the bullpen, have been ignored while SDS is off running in another direction.

I'm curious whether others are seeing. I searched for my ballpark and found it. Country Mile Field.

It showed capacity at 16 million and elevation at 43,385. My actual capacity is what they show as elevation. I could see name but unable to download the stadium.

I'm wondering if I need to rebuild the ballpark from scratch. Is this what everybody else is seeing and think it's a server problem? Hopefully it is a server problem but I suspect corrupted file with the attendance and elevation being incorrect.
