For those of you who play on high difficulty....
Have you ever gotten a Gold player as a reward? If so, who? I noticed the higher the difficulty you play on the better chances of landing a Gold card.Tags: None -

Re: For those of you who play on high difficulty....
I've played 5 online DD games, and I've received 1 bronze player and 4 PPS3 stadiums...
I've got no problem receiving bronze or common players. I can put them towards a collection or sell them for a few stubs, but why in the hell are PS3 cards given to PS4 users?? I've gotten a lot in packs, too. I understand that it's random, but how hard is it for Sony to either get rid of the Classic stadium cards all together, or just patch it so only PS3 users receive them.Comment

I like wheeler, but that's not a great reward for HOF.
Won't waste time on higher difficulties, the ratio is pretty bad. They should give way more stubs, they're just being greedyComment

Re: For those of you who play on high difficulty....
I've been playing on Legend (not winning though lol) and the best I've received was Denard Span (silver, 79).
Maybe if I could win a damn game on Legend I'd get a gold or a diamond once in a blue moon.Comment

Re: For those of you who play on high difficulty....
So the listed odds for getting which type of card in a game, does that only apply to winning the game? And if so, how does it modify the odds if you lose?Comment

Re: For those of you who play on high difficulty....
that's an excellent question, but you're not likely to get a clear answer unless someone from staff bothers.
The only way to know this is with lots of experimentation. Which is what I'm doing. So far I can tell you that losing on the highest difficulty is not a good proposition.
You get crap rewards.
Winning on the highest difficulty you can handle gives you the best reward. In my case I'm about 50/50 on HOF games. Last night I won on HOF (a fantastic comeback walkoff win) in the bot of the 9th.
I got a Gold bat, worth around 1200 on market, and 2 crap cards. I only got around 300 stubs. Still it was definitely better than any other reward I got offline.
The best rewards are obviously when you defeat someone online.Comment

Does this only apply to games against CPU or can I switch to high difficulty in head to head vs. real people?Comment

Re: For those of you who play on high difficulty....
