I somehow got a McCutcheon this morning after a fantastic game where I choked up a 4-2 lead in the 9th, an 8-4 lead in the 10th and won off an A-Rod 11th inning homer. I flipped Cutch and used the proceeds to pick up Harvey, Wright, and various other Mets to unlock Seaver, various Diamondbacks to unlock Finley, Prince, Ellsbury and Pederson.

Total team makeover in one card.

I just pulled an Altuve after a full game shutout from Wacha. Manny Machado had a no doubt HR against David Price first pitch after he struck out my Bagwell with curveballs in the dirt. felt so good.

gonna wait until the morning to see if he goes diamond, either way that's about 20k that can go into a RF.

Just got the game and created a team last night.. Today I came back and beat the White Sox in extra innings just playing the CPU. Third completed game and the 2nd extra card was a Diamond Wainwright.

Best I've had in a month was Kipnis when he was an 84...Other than that, it's been the 70's show every time...Did get a Goldy 4 or 5 days into the game...That seems like a long time ago now...

I got a Matt Harvey last night after a DD online game (and subsequently sold him for 20+ stubs). I've gotten a few golds after games but that was my first after game diamond.

Brand new to the game. Have built a very solid team so far, despite spending no real money on stubs. I have 2 questions but can't start a new thread for some reason.
1st, I just threw a perfect game with Wacha on All-Star mode. I got some crappy stadium card after the game. Is there truly no incentive for this in any way?
2nd, In DD mode, is there a way to toggle between lineups for vsRH and vsLH? Because my lineups will be completely different (Marte/Pedersen, Ramirez/Carpenter, etc...). If there is, and there certainly should be, I can't figure it out.

No, perfect games, no hitters, scoring 20 runs, things like that don't matter at all.
Also, no you have to make changes everytime you face a rhp or lhp.

Funny that you should mention Greinke, because I just got trolled by him tonight after my opponent rage quit in the top of the 1st:

I've lost count of how many times I have been trolled on gold and diamond reward cards now. It's definitely in the double-digits, though.

The length of your Diamond Dynasty games (specifically, the number of innings that are completed) and the amount of card collections you've finished will both affect the number of cards that you receive after a game.

Aside from increasing the CPU's difficulty, there is no way to influence the quality of cards you receive, only the quantity.

You cannot set different lineups based on handedness this year. Your best bet is to just set your lineup for RHP, since that's what you'll face 90% of the time online.
