    Re: Risers and Fallers

The players in game are still showing their original overall. Not the updated overall on the card. If you hit triangle to bring up the player card it shows you what they are in game. Any word on if this will be fixed?

I think this update cards weekly is not a good idea you buy a good card and don't know if It's going to stay good. Its a cop out so they won't have to release new cards more legends, throw back cards etc its going to get stail real quick. We will have to wait untill next year for more cards.

So turns out the guys I have that have changed overall, in game and on the player card still show the old overall.

I'm talking to my cousin, and he is claiming that the player cards he has are the updated overall that is showing on the diamond dynasty card.

I don't know why this would be the case, but if it is, it's a huge mistake to have the players change for some people and not others.

It's pretty easy to know who's going to go up and who's going to go down in ratings since it's based on real life performance:

The 2025 MLB Postseason All MLB Player stat leaders on ESPN. Includes stat leaders in every category from home runs and batting average to strikeouts and saves.

I'm disappointed that neither my Cruz or Adrian have updated stats. I might as well sell them since I don't get any benefit from using them. Do cards update after you have them or no? Am I stuck with an 83 Nelson Cruz?

This was a cache issue that slipped through the cracks. It should be fixed as of about fifteen minutes ago.

                        Re: Risers and Fallers

The attribute ratings (not just the OVR rating) are now updated on all cards.

Braun still has 89 contact/92 power versus lefties, so I'd pick him up now while he's super cheap if you need a big bat on your bench or in the outfield. Aramis is also still pretty good at 89 contact/87 power vs. LHP. Unless you have a legend 3B already, that's worth 1,000 stubs, for sure.

Adrian Gonzalez is up to 85 contact/88 power vs. RHP. I'd say his market value is really inflated. People are just paying for his 90 OVR and not looking at his actual ratings.

Nelson Cruz is 86 contact/95 power vs. LHP.

None of their hot/cold zones have changed, as far as I could tell.

Now is definitely the time to complete the brewers collection. That's gonna be my next one. I'm really angry at myself for not being able to sell Gonzalez earlier in the day. His value has decreased by like 10k.

Lucroy is due for a ratings drop soon, so I'd wait for him to fall first. The dude is batting horribly right now. He was extremely lucky not to see his ratings crumble in today's update. He'll probably be a silver by the next update unless his play rebounds dramatically this week.

Gonzalez's price will rise back up eventually, so no worries. The market was flooded for a while this afternoon with people trying to sell him. But once supply dies down a bit, he will shoot back up in price. I'd expect him to hit around the 20K range by the end of the week. People are dumb and only look at the OVR ratings without actually checking the full card stats out, so a 90 OVR like Gonzalez will go for a lot, even though there are much better hitting 1B out there if you actually look at the attribute ratings.

Beltre needs to drop big time. He's been one of the worst hitters in the AL this year.

I thought for sure Dallas Keuchel was going to get bumped up to gold. Bought about 15 of him the last few days, but no increase.

I really like this angle to buying and selling cards. I guessed right and bought 10 apiece of Archer, Arrieta, and Harper so I've been selling those all day.
