Re: Very Good/Star players that you just CAN'T perform with

      Here's a list of guys

Matt Harvey- as a huge mets fan, I was unbelievably disappointed in How easy he gets teed off. In 7 games 2-4* with a 5.72 ERA and 9 home runs allowed in 45 2/3 Innings pitched! Righties are batting over .300 against him. On the other hand Jacob deGrom is 8-1 with a 2.60 ERA so that's I guess odd.

Huston Street- dude is awful. 9.00 ERA in only 5 innings pitched, dumped him off quick

Ian Kinsler- he was the gold starter I got, he started off my best hitter Batting over .375! But now has collapsed to .200-.220 range

David Wright- another Mets fan letdown, only hitting .253 for me in 175 ABs

      Joe Carter- 1 for 30. 9ks, NOPE

Last and certainly least, Rod Carew. My GOD he is awful. Batting .195 in 200 at bats with 3, yes THREE RBIS!!! Absolutely horrific. I used to play him at first but now I have Cuddyer who's done more in 2 games then he has in 65

I have been looking at Altuve. I currently use JHay, and Dee Gordon at 2b depending on leftie or righty. Almost have Carew's collection done, so we will see.
Puieg was terrible for me. Braun is a decent hitter but absolutely terrible defensivly. Will Clark is hit or miss. I think its his stance. Zimmerman gave up like 3 bombs a game. I got rid of him real quick.

I was terrible with Chris Archer for a while. I also stink with Nelson Cruz.

On the other side, for some reason I'm KILLING it with Christian Vazquez.

I currently have dee at ss and Carew 2nd. By far the best combination I've had. Dee is hitting 315 (over 600 AB, had him since he was a silver) and care is hitting above 330. I have them at 1 and 2 respectively. Altuve is terrible in my opinion, but I can't get rid of him as I collected him, I might just wait to see if he gets a boost to start using him again. Anyways, Dee is a monster no matter what pitcher he faces, and he will remain in my lineup as he has out performed every player in my lineup besides Ted Williams and my created player.

I have Dee back in at 2nd after using carew for about 10 games. Carew couldn't hit anything but fly balls and only had warning track power. I don't know why I can't hit with him. Arennado has become my mvp, he is killing the ball and plays 3rd really well.

Yeah I really like him, he has been reliable. He is batting over .400 and I have used him in about 80 games. I experimented with Longo at third but he seemed to make more errors and I couldn't hit with him.

King Felix gets roughed up for me.

                    Benched him for Archer

For the love God. Stop reminding me that I sold him impulsively because I simply hit better with Headley.

I've had Yu Darvish in my rotation since the first week this game was out and he is by far my worst starter.

I had one good game with Yu where he struck out 9 batters in 4 innings, but aside from that one start, he's been getting hammered.

                          I wonder if it's his 66 HR/9 rating that's the problem?

Ralph Kiner is a dog for me. Worst hitter I've used with at least 20 AB. I removed him from my bench a while ago.

Trout seems to have warning track power. So far no HR while batting .298. I hit better with Adam Jones so I may swap the two eventually.

King Felix and Kershaw never pitched at their 96ovr & 99ovr level. I eventually replaced Felix with Jose Fernandez and replaced Kershaw with Chris Sale.

                            Both switches worked out great

Man I love using Matt Cain! Surprised by that one.

I don't use many really good players, so I will say instead some pitchers I generally ruin online:

                              -MadBum
                              -Harvey
                              -David Robertson
                              -Hamels
                              -Dickey
                              -Kelvin Herrera

Bryce Harper. I was hitting like .211 with 0 HRs and a couple of RBI. he was awful, and this is all after he went diamond. pitches that would be no doubt HRs with Manny Machado, Jayson Werth, or Votto were doubles off the wall for Bryce. I tried so hard to make him work, ended up selling him for 30k.
