One player away from my first Legend to complete collection. Do you sell them after?

I'm now just learning how to play the market.

One player away from getting Phil Niekro! I'm so excited!

Now I understand how people get those high rating players.

My record is 148-98 and never had a team past 82 overall rating or a diamond player/Legend player in my team.

Now everything will change once I get Phil Niekro...

Do you sell the players that were part of the collection? I mean, I could get a pretty buck for Andrelton Simmons after I get him (Even though I love his defense in my team) and all the other guys like Freeman...etc

I'm just starting to understand the market now, after so many games played.

Any player who is in your collection at the time you accept the legend reward will remain locked into your collection permanently.

At that point, you won't be able to sell any of the players, and will only be able to get rid of them by using them to train your created player.

Could I proceed to sell the players needed for the collection after selling the legend?

But the market would be flooded with them if you could sell them

I believe you can sell a legend if you got him as a pack/reward drop.

You can pull legends out of packs.

The reason for not letting people sell cards you put in your collection is that people would just complete the most expensive collection, sell the legend and then complete every collection that way.

I have 3 Kris Bryant's. if i complete the cubs collection can i sell 2 of them? or should i sell them before i do the collection?

Yes you can sell extra cards.

Typically what I do is after I finish a collection (I think I have 7 or 8 done now) I'll directly feed all the players I know I won't be using anytime to my created player and as I get cards for that team again if they are at least going for 50 stubs I'll put them up to sell. Otherwise I just feed them to my player. I'm getting to the point where that is almost futile BC most of his stats are 99 now.

i do believe that if you have a player above the legend in that collection, and you collect the legend you can still sell that player who is above the legend right?
