You must have never seen Josh thole try to throw out a runner haha

No but I did have my center fielder dd player drop a routine fly ball and misplay 4 ground balls in my game tonight. It's unreal that I've gone from 1900 to almost 1700 on this losing streak. I can only assume either a the game hates me. B the software update on my TV has killed my lag input or c, my skills completely disappeared after 150 games to the point I lose to kids in the ST division.

Taking a week off and hoping a early all star break will help.

I don't think it's related to Patch 1.0.4 but I played for the first time since the patch was released and had some success throwing guys out. Using Meter, I throw nothing but fastballs with slide step and I make sure my windup is accurate as possible. Location-wise, I've been having success locating the fastball on the side of the plate opposite of my catcher's arm who is right-handed. FWIW, I'd probably have the same success throwing to the catcher's arm side of the plate but I'm going to stick with what works for now.

Heavily disagree. Catcher and SS are very thin offensively. You can find numerous effective bats all other positions at reasonable prices. But unless you pull a Lecroy or Molina, there aren't many unless you fill the collection for Bench.

My point is that for defensive purposes, if a 99 arm strength and accuracy can't throw out average speed runners, you mine as well put someone who can just hit at catcher and just screw defense

I throw a ton of guys out with Yan Gomes, glad I added him to the team. Guys were stealing on me left and right when I first started playing DD.

I moved my CAP back to CF and have Molina and Gomes as my 2 catchers.
