Only reason I'm not going to complete the Phillies collection unless I get lucky like you did.

I kind of felt the same way about Hanley. I think I ended up paying close to 40k for him. I hesitated for a while but everyone says that Teddy was such a beast. After getting him though, I don't regret it at all. He's awesome.

But I don't think I would pay 75K for Lee to get Schmidt though. I am kind of surprised that a 85 rated card is not more common.

As insane as it is, Lee was still outrageous either way. Even before prices got out of hand I think he went for like 40K minimum, especially after Hamels was traded.

Yeah I noticed that. It's the same thing with Hanley. His card has an insane price tag too.

Yeah, I bought him for 17K before the stub fairy appeared. He went up to 35-40K and then the Stub fairy started spreading the wealth. I finally gave in and sold him for 65Kish since I already had plenty of good third basemen. Now that's one of the 3-4 collections I haven't completed.

One method I've tried lately is to go to all my collections and browse the bottom two or three cards that I have on each team and check their marketplace values. If I see some insane buy orders, I'll put one up myself. With the trade deadline now passed and still more waiver moves going, I'll go through my completed collections for players that have moved to that team and see if they might have a premium. Of course, I'll put up free agents if I'm able sell them.

I managed to sell two more yesterday for a total of 15,000 stubs. So I bought three packs. Haven't opened them yet. I was more excited that I beat Houston in franchise moments before.

I did, too. I started selling my gold players, because I thought this would be the highest they would go before coming down a bit. Then yesterday afternoon, I noticed that one of the FA's I posted weeks ago sold for 25,999 stubs. Now I have no clue what's actually going on.

Yea I've had a few FA's up for a few weeks, and Dan Butler just sold yesterday for 100k. Not complaining lol
