Cespedes in CF

Anyone try Cespedes as starting CF in a platoon against righties? I like his arm. Never tried him in a lineup.

I have him in CF. I haven't been able to hit with him but man his arm is amazing. I've played about 10 games and already have 3 assists. I'm willing to leave him in my line up because of his cannon.

Oh and I start him all the time even against righties. He has better attributes vs RHP. 80 contact 73 power as opposed to 50 con and 71power vs LHP. Granted you can probably see the ball better vs a LHP.

He's good. Can't play against lefties but against righties he's solid and that arm is money. He's basically become a better version of puig whereas before he was a poor mans puig. He has less speed but a better arm/contact/power.

I just started playing him there - I started slowly hitting w him, but he's gotten better and delivered some big, clutch hits w him including a walk off 2-Run HR in extras once

It's not a very good idea to play him in large ballparks because of his lack of speed. I discovered this when I had a game in Comerica, lol.

Anyone know what the green attributes at Daddyleagues represent? I thought they may be attribute updates but that doesn't compute.

I believe it highlights where the player is "elite" in certain things. Just an educated guess though.

To be fair, he completely misplayed that ball at first which is why the guy even tried to go to third. Cespedes gets some of his highlights this way (see: throwing out the Angels player at home -- which is like one of the audio clips in The Show this year when in the front end).

Where his throwing strength is not highlighted in green. I honestly can't think of what it could be. At first I figured it was the players best attributes but arm strength is that. And he is elite in that same category. So I honestly have no idea.

Don't think so because no one else in CF has an arm strength >= to 98. Winfield in RF has one of 99 but once again he is in RF not Center.

Well balls. What about in LF which is where Cespedes was originally? Anyone 99 there in original rosters? That's my final guess.

Nope...Cespedes has the 2nd highest Arm Strength for OFers. First is Winfield in RF then Cespedes in CF.
