Challenge failed!

Hey guys. First time using diamond dynasty. I created a team and doing a battle royal. Just drafted my team but now I keep getting challenge failed when finding an opponent. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

That's just the way it is right now. Give it some time for patches, server updates and stability improvements.

Sad as it is , its typical . They get you to drop more money every year on the game and year after yesr they sell what appears to be an untested product.

Theres no reason they shouldn't have the game fully operational at launch when asking us to drop 100$, I wasn't afforded the option to pay them 35$ this month and maybe 20$next and so on till paid off but its ok to sell us partially functioning games. I'd be understanding but its an every year thing and its generally always issues that should have been worked out.


But yup as previous poster said , just wait , as sad as that sounds.


This is not just a The show thing either , I've come 2 expect it from 2K as well. EA seems 2 be the most stable year after year release after release but thats just my opinion

Yeah I tried playing Battle Royal last night and this afternoon but I'm still getting nothing but "challenge failed" errors after it finds me an opponent to play. It doesn't seem to matter whether you're playing during peak hours or not, the online portion of Diamond Dynasty is just messed up right now.

Ramone stated many times, that the servers are there to find you a new opponent and post results. After that, it's p2p connection.

However the game might find you an opponent, which happens when the "opponents found" sign appeares, but you might not be able to connect to the other user. This is why challenge fails sometimes.

It doesn't matter how much someone states that, the fact is that it is broken and that is a poor user experience. I'm about ready to give up getting a match. They should give us a discount for preordering and product testing it for them.

Just played 7 innings after multiple challenge failures when opponent called time and my pitcher just stood there completely unable to do anything. Had to close the application. Really love that!

yep those wireless users with the wrong NAT Type causing connection failed

This is happening to me as well. It's infuriating, to say the least lol I'm on a wired connection using NAT type 2 and I get about 15 challenge failed before a game. Sometimes more.

Spent 10 minutes getting 'challenge failed' with no successful games played.

The servers might be used to find opponents but their matchmaking is screwed up, thats why its challenge failed all the time. I don't know how their matchmaking works but I know its not working very well.

Haven't been able to play a game online since I posted my first reply in this thread. Anyone have any suggestions? It can't be this bad for everyone or there would be a LOT more complaining.

I've been playing Conquest to pass the time until this issue is fixed, and my last two conquest games ended and I was immediately disconnected from the network causing me to lose my post game rewards : /
