So after the 3am server maintenance, what is performance looking like this morning? Granted, I realize traffic won't hit until roughly 3pm PST, but have we seen any marked improvements or changes this morning?

Really hoping this gets figured out, because this is teetering on the edge of a catastrophic launch. NBA 2K14 servers... the Battlefield 4 launch for PS4.... hopefully this is ironed out by the weekend.Comment

I hopped on the market this morning before work at around 6:30 est and it was surprisingly smooth but then again that wasn't at a busy time of the day. I planned on getting a lot of games in tonight so hopefully it's sorted by the time I get home from work.Comment

Got into a random game (because I can't play friends due to getting nothing but challenge failed), and it hangs on a view of my 1B after he caught a return throw of a DP. Game was unresponsive so I hard quit to the dashboard.
Such is my life online right now with this game.Comment

This is beyond teetering. I'd put this in full blown disaster for a launch. There are times I have to log off my ps4 just to be able to turn the game on and access my RTTS because it won't make it past the initial reward screen. Last night I wanted to try conquest mode for the first time and in 4+ hours trying to set the game up and play the CPU I got through 4 rounds of turns including the 4 3 inning games. That is as close to broken as you can get without just being a coaster.
It's a shame too because when you finally get to the game it is a ton of fun and the gameplay is phenomenal as usual. The game just cant get out of its own way.Comment

Guess im done with this game for the day. A launch like this cant happen, baseball video games are pretty niche as it is, a lot of people arent going to sit around and wait for the game to work, you literally cant do anything if youre connected to the internet right now. Its progressively getting worse.
I would just disconnect from online to play a season or rtts, but I cant do without rosters, and those arent out yet.Comment
