Yup, would rather waste away hours and days so they can unlock a guy instead of just actually playing the game and unlocking that guy a week later. Makes no sense.

Well for me, trying to unlock Gwynn from the padres, and seeing how the padres suck, none of them make my regular lineup. And i really dont want to play one player in my lineup for 1500 innings, this makes total sense. But to each their own.

Well i think he's saying if nobody scores and it goes extra innings to the 20th inning then you can possibly rack up faster since you don't have to exit outta the game then reconnect

I have 2 very important questions.

Has anyone played a game past 9 innings using the play a friend feature?

And, did you get credit for innings played past 9 innings?

If the answer is yes, that would make me very happy. I'll definitely do more of the teams if we can just play 1 long never ending game to rack up innings..

Oh, I lied. I have one more question.

First, you know if we finish a entire divisions collection, such as the NL East, we get Chipper Jones? Does anyone know if we get the same kind of bonus reward if we finish an entire division of INNINGS PLAYED rewards? For example, I did the Cubs and got Banks. If I do the entire NL Central, will that perhaps unlock a Post Season FB, maybe? Or a Legend, Prime flashback, etc??

That would definitely motivate me to finish more of these teams..

Could very well be. Good thought. That might be how you unlock plyers such as prime Bumgarner... Hmmm
