Innings Grind- Command Missions

So I have a theory for all the new mystery cards people just found on the website.

Since Conquest Mode is basicaly a one and done type of mode. I wonder if in a month or so, SDS is going to release a patch that adds all of those cards to conquest misssion, making us replay conquest (also maybe they make it to where you can no longer play on rookie and veteran). And the new cards are only attainable if you completed the first/current conquest feed missions.
For example right now the feed mission for the Red Sox is Papelbon. If im correct and they do it this way, the new feed mission (only and after you conplete papelbon) will be that 97 Jacoby flashback.
Why else would SDS implement a game mode with as much hype as conquest mode had, if they new people would beat it in a few days, without plans to do more with it.

What do you guys think?
