How do you know if that flashback rookie is one that is associated with a upgraded version? Like Jay Bruce for example. Does the card have a special marking? Also how do you know what you have to do with the player once you have him to upgrade him? Other than looking at the list, say you dont know about the list how would you know? Does a mission pop up on the missions screen when you get the card saying what you need to do? I have Ortiz rookie but cant find anything on him and he should have a prime or playoff flashback and his card is not sell able so I would have thought he is not sell able for a reason

As far as we know, none of the Captain rookies have prime or playoff FB cards. As for all the other ones, once you acquire one with a prime FB, such as Bruce there will be a mission located under discoveries I believe. I think the easy way to tell who can be upgraded is if they have both a rookie and prime FB card.

Thanks for the reply. I have the Ortiz and there is nothing under discoveries but he is not sell able. The only other I have is Andrew Miller and nothing there either but I will look there in the future for FB I get. Thanks

Does Yadier Molina have one of these? Currently unable to check for myself so any help would be appreciated. I'm wanting to say I remember seeing a rookie and flashback Yadi.

There's 13 that I know of. I have a thread showing who the 13 players are. Most of the cards are at least 15k+.. I paid 61k for Rookie Rollins, but only around 20k for Cain, Zimmerman, CJ Wilson, "who I thought was a rp" but turns out his prime is a SP.. :/

Maybe they will add some later for some of the rookie FB that do not have an missions now. Throw a curve to use, lol so I will keep the Ortiz just inn case. His last year so they should do something with him,plenty of big time playoff moments and you cant sell him anyway so that all adds up to keeping him

I heard you need the ortiz rookie to get his prime back in February. So I'd hold onto it
