So I just spent 50 dollars on stubs because I wanted Manny and I seen his price dropped a bit so I put in a buy offer of 55000. Which left me with 13000 stubs and I spent an hour trying to figure out if I should buy another player or test my luck with the packs. Now my luck with Packs hasn't been very good this year with that said my team is pretty good so I figured rather than buy a player I don't really want I would go a head and test my luck with the packs and ended up pulling Altuve and Rizzo out of a ten pack bundle. Already have Jose but thank God that I bought those packs instead of buying Cespedes. Lol

Upon reading your post I would advise everyone else to avoid packs like the plague and use that 50k to invest and double your fortunes until you have enough to make your dream team.

That would be the smart thing to do.

But....

Opening packs is really fun. And at least to me there's a lot more fun to be had by piecing together your team with the random players you get. Instead of just flat out buying the consensus best players.

Yea I invested a bit when the game came out but now I am grinding command/embody missions to get good players then I find myself just selling all my diamonds to open more packs, it's fun. Haha

with inside edge even if you do have "the best players" you'll still find yourself swapping guys in and out depending on their boosts. if you want to compete in the higher divisions you're going to need the best team you can assemble

I enjoy winning as much as the next guy. But the fact that they lumped conquest W/L with H2H W/L and the fact that there isn't really a prize for making it up the higher ranks makes me care a lot less about getting that high.

Yeah every time I read about somebody having these amazing pulls I always thought b.s how come this **** hasn't happend to me. I pulled as many diamonds in that ten pack bundle as I did with the first 375 packs I pulled.
