Bunting to beat the Shift
Is there a specific way to pick which direction you want to bunt the ball. I've been trying to beat the shift with guys like David Ortiz and Prince Fielder and such, but I always seem to bunt it down the first base line.

Re: Bunting to beat the Shift
The extreme right shift is very easy to beat with a bunt down the third base line. Guys with 30 to 40 speed can get on base easily if the bunt travels far enough to where the pitcher or third baseman is the one who has to field the ball and make the throw.Comment

You used to be able to aim your bunts with zone using influence but I don't think so anymore because swing influence is no longer a feature. I may be wrong, though.Comment

I hold my left joystick down and in or down and away, goes the direction I want it to every time unless I pop it upComment
