Real MLB uniforms in packs for use in DD

I have wondered since MLB The Show 15 why is it not possible to pull real MLB uniforms from packs for use on your DD team.

All of EA's ultimate team modes have real jerseys and uniforms from the leagues in their games.

2K Sports gives users the ability to design their own jerseys for its MyTeam mode in NBA 2k16 but it also allows users to use real NBA uniforms.

Instead of creating our own jerseys I think there are many that would prefer to use real MLB uniforms. In fact, this omission is one reason that I don't play DD as much as I would otherwise.

I have already tweeted Ramone and MLB The Show to request that this be added in MLB The Show 17. I hope that there are others that feel as strongly about the inclusion of real MLB uniforms in DD and they will do the same.

Just download a Dodger logo someone made and make the uni's, pretty simple, problem solved.

It's not possible to recreate the authentic look of MLB uniforms using the DD uniform creator. The patches on the sleeve will be missing. Some team logos are virtually impossible to recreate.

I wouldn't mind, as long as it doesn't take away from players in packs or make them more expensive. In madden, packs have so much useless crap in them (playbooks, uniforms, badges, etc.) and are really expensive compared to mlb. It costs 7500 for a pack with 3 players, and the special packs are anywhere from 15000-200000. I don't want MLB to become that, unless they make it easier to make stubs by playing and doing missions.

I agree. Adding uniforms to packs shouldn't be used to make it harder to get players. Standard packs should still have 6 players and 2 items with the uniforms becoming one of the items. I also hope the SDS wouldn't use uniforms to dilute packs. I hate the way FIFA has fitness cards and contracts and also how NBA 2K uses contracts and shoes for boosts.

I wouldn't mind having the option at the very beginning to choose one uniform set from an MLB team. Then if you want more you can spend a certain number of stubs to acquire the others. Not having the option doesn't bother me because I love creating a look for my team

For the love of god i hope they don't ever put them in packs. Between FIFA and NHL i would rather jump off a bridge then get another jersey/coach in a pack.
