Now all of a sudden I'm losing more sims than I had in my first run a month and a half ago. Also, even in my wins, I'm still losing fans. In my wins, I lose about 3 or 4 million fans, which means I'm losing more fans than I'm making them. How can I put enough fans in a territory so I can attack if I can't even keep them? I am being sincere about this. I wouldn't be posting for help if I didn't have a problem.

Put all of your reinforcements in one block and use that to attack until you no longer have good numbers. You have to know when to end then turn and just wait for reinforcements, if you're running your attack square completely dry or down to 1-2 fans you're more than likely going to screw yourself. Take over as many territories as possible so your reinforcements will gradually increase in number.

Once again, do not attempt to use every fan you have in your attack square. It's completely fine to end the turn with 5 fans left and then fill it back up for another go around. Don't even bother doing the 2v1 or 3v1 matchup unless you're reallly not overly concerned about the specific territory.

Trying to push the limits of what you can do in one turn does not save you any time. All it does is lower your fan count which makes it more difficult to expand via simming games. To me it sounds like you're being a little bit impatient. Where you were getting lucky before and winning 2v1s, now the odds on those 50/50 matchups are normalizing. Just don't do it, there's no reason to waste those fans in a crapshoot.

Re: I can't do anything good on conquest!!

Try to take some strongholds early on, on All-star difficulty. If you can't do that then idk if anyone here can help you

But one idea I'd suggest would be to take the Twins, Royals, Rangers & Astros strongholds early on. DO NOT only try simming at the hexagons while ignoring strongholds. That's how team's get to continue to reinforce themselves, stack up their numbers & spread out, leaving tons of your hexagons vulnerable every turn (especially if you're not reinforcing to protect your own hex's)

I suggested going for those teams first because - along with maybe a few Steal Fans games - you can easily build a WALL (using reinforcements) by 'connecting the dots' between these teams. You can wall off the entire east coast so none of that **** spills over into what you're doing. Finish the West then head East. Remember to spread yourself out as much as you can at the very beginning for a greater number of reinforcements, then try to PROTECT WHAT YOU HAVE alongside having 1 hexagon, that you stack up with a large amount of fans to do some attacking

Just remember that for every turn, you get a huge number of reinforcements if you own a lot of hex's, so try to occupie spaces and KEEP THEM. All you need is a few turns of 1.) Having a healthy number hexagons, 2.) Not losing fans via attacks from other teams, thanks to REINFORCING the perimeter of your hexagon collection. And 3.) To just keep getting to that next turn without losing fans, so you can get reinforcements, & so you can keep building up your 1 Attacking hex. And building up that hex is the key to winning. For example, if you have 20 fans in a hex, & will receive 20 more in the Reinforcement phase....try pretty much NOT Attacking....you need to conquer 3 hex's per 1 extra fan of reinforcement (so in this scenario, you're bound to drop to at least 17 fans on that hex just so you can get 21 reinforcements, instead of 20.......). Not worth it. If anything, reinforce yourself using 3-5 fans, then get to that next turn so you can get to that 35-40 fan sized hex. And then just keeping doing that, while protecting a little, & attacking a little. Its a bit of a balancing act, to protect yourself, but still attack & get strongholds. And that's precisely why you need a lot of fans.

And just fwiw. If an opponent has a 3 fan hex (for example), go ahead make sure that at least a couple of the boarding hex's (that you own) have 2-3 fans themselves. In many cases, they'll attack you, lose, & lose all their fans no different than how you do. So a 3v3 more than likely will kick their *** & have them lose fans down to 1. I've even seen them lose 2-3 when they had the advantage. Don't be afraid to reinforce, but also know that you don't NEED to completely boarder such an enemy hex....the goal is to deter them from getting close to your conquered Strongholds, so reinforce with that in mind

Yes, at the start, claim as many blank hex as you can without attacking anyone, within 5 turns or so this will give you a good number of reinforcements. Place these all into one hex. At the next attack phase you should have at least a 10v1 advantage if not 20. As said in the above post you don't have to keep attacking. There is literally nothing stopping you attacking a couple of hex with a massive advantage. You will win those sims and say it leaves you with idk, 14 in your attack squad hex, hit OPTIONS and skip to steal/reinforce/move stages and add your reinforcements to the 14 guys you already have and start attacking again. In no time you'll be able to take 5, 10, 15, whatever hex in a single turn and run rampant across the board.

I'm having a hard time getting anything right in that mode. I just need to play more I guess.

Anybody happen to know the winning percentage breakdown for the difficulty levels? I noticed that you have a decent chance to get a good roll on a player, equipment, etc if you play and win on legend difficulty. I won one game against the Twins on legend and had a chance at a gold.

Since then, however, I've lost THREE straight walk-offs against the Royals. Three!!! It's been frustrating.

I lost like 80 percent of my territory conquering simulations. I barely did anything in like 20 turns, because I kept on losing everything. I can't win this way. So can anyone give more in depth tips besides what is shown YouTube or if someone trustworthy can at least beat Conquest for me one time so I can get the 10 pack and I can start on getting the Conquest missions completed. I have never gotten this mad at a video game in my entire life. Thanks and any help will be appreciated.
Wheelzgaming has the best video on YouTube explaining the basics of it all, look for it (sorry I can't link it) But its helped me alot. I watched others, but they were a bit confusing for the casual gamer like myself. Some of these folks must remember when doing tutorials they usually are speaking to ppl who do other things than just play all day. Some of us did not previous versions of the game to relate to this version of conquest.
