    Help me pick a monitor

    What to look for.

After seeing a dozen YouTube videos of everyone claiming it makes such a huge difference I want to see. Looking to spend 120-200.

I currently play on 75 inch TV on game mode, playing ranked I'm just behind everything and pci is just off.

Does a monitor help both online and offline?

    BenQ 27 inch 1ms 75hz
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IZBIMLK..._BIYbFbBV8JRZ9

    BenQ 24 inch ips 60hz 5ms
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072XCZSSW..._GMYbFbE18206M

    Hp 24.8 inch 5ms 60hz
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072M34RQC..._oLYbFbWGD3JDE

Is there something these don't have that I should be looking for? I can beat the cpu on legend but SUCK in ranked seasons offensively.

As long as the 1ms is in your budget, I'd go for that.

New consoles coming out soon so 4k games should be more prevalent on consoles. Something to consider, but if you aren't getting the new console for a year or two then I'd just go with the best monitor you can afford.

That one listed is only $150...one guy on YouTube has a $1000, I don't care that much

I'll prob get the new console but this is literally the only game I play.

Obviously it matters what model tv you have, but I think the effect of using a monitor is overblown. I do just fine on my tv. Also, remember that response time and input lag is different, you are not going to get 1ms input lag. According to rtings, that 1ms response monitor has 8ms input lag, to compare, my tv has 14ms input lag, not too big of a difference.

Yea TV's have come a long way, not like it was 5 to 10 years ago. I still think a monitor is beneficial but not as much as it used to be.
