I love that they're doing this.

That MadBum might be pretty fun with Pinpoint. His SS was my best pitcher in 19. I didn't use the card last year but looking forward to giving this a spin for sure.

Beginner here to DD. It is my understanding that to be able to start my Giambi evolution I need to do the daily challenges, and that once I hit 5 days worth of challenges completed I will be able to start the evolution and the challenges will unlock. Is this accurate?

Correct. In the daily moments path, it shows the reward for the amount of points you accrue during the month.

Once you get to Giambi, you earn his Rookie card as shown in the tree. Then you can do the Moments and stat missions and work towards the 85.

All the new content is great- but much of it goes to waste when the servers are down so much. I'd gladly trade any new content for the next few weeks for working servers.

Agreed. But I don't think they actually know what the issue is and this is basically stress testing for them in a live environment.

And then the optics look terrible when the new packs and money avenues go up without issue, only for people to have to replay single player games because the servers died.

I'd happily pay a monthly fee to rent a dedicated server.

You're right except some days' challenges have been worth 2 points instead of one. So it's not quite 5 days worth.

anybody know of another way to get Matt Kemp if i accidentally chose bumgarner twice? i dont see another evolution choice pack that i can earn smh

You might have to wait til next inning and hope they have another reward for Kemp. They did it for Giambi. I've got 2 rookie Giambis that can't be sold

Try emailing SDS support. Take a screenshot of your inventory showing 2 Bumgarner if possible.

Thanks for the replies guys. Ill try emailing support, if no luck I guess I will hope for the next inning to include him again
