Understanding Captain Boosts

I'm trying to make sure I understand how Captains work.

For example, I have Nolan Ryan as my "Grizzled Veteran" pitching captain. His Tier 1 Boosts activate with 4 Pitchers age 35 or older on my squad. I've met that requirement.

Does that mean only the pitchers meeting that requirement receive the boosts, or all the pitchers in my squad?

I can't see the attribute boosts indicated on the player cards. Do you just know the card is being boosted, or is there somewhere to see the attribute boosts?

The players receiving the boost are players that meet the criteria. So in your example, only those 35+ year old pitchers would be boosted.

The only way to see the new, boosted attributes is the center pie wheel in the squad screen. You won't see the attributes reflected on the card.

Also, you should see an arrow looking logo on each card that is receiving the boost. You can highlight those in the squad screen, then the center pie wheel shows the new attributes.
