Okay...
Yeah...when you start a franchise..it asks you 1Player or 2Player and then you get to choose two teams to control.
Kolbe stated that this year, we'd be able to PLAY any game on the schedule...but something tells me we'll still be limited to controlling two teams.
I'll find out for sure though..

Replay and Scoreboard
Lets say you hit a home run in the first inning to take a 1-0 lead. And the final score of the game ends up being 8-5. At the end of the game when I look at the replays if I were to watch the replay of the home run in the first inning that made it 1-0 the scoreboard in the replay says the final score 8-5 instead of showing the score at the time of the Home Run.
Will this be fixed in MLB 09 The Show?Comment

Here are mine not sure if they have been asked yet?
Franchise:
1.) Since there are waivers, will there be waiver trades after July 31st?
2.) Will there be open roster space, inactive list etc., so we and the cpu can make off balanced trades i.e. 2-1 and 3-1?
3.) Will there be additional stats tracked from season to season than the six ones currently?
4.) Will minor league stats be kept at least from year to year. Will be more important this year when determining who to protect or take in a rule 5 draft?
5.) IS there A ball?
6.) If a player has no options left does that mean he cannot be sent down? Including the CPU?
7.) Are career awards kept?
8.) Is there a better handle on team budgets? I hated being the Yankees and being able to sign anyone...and everyone. Even smaller markets kept there guys.
9.) How does arbitration hearing work? Is it like real life where you submit a proposal then the player and an arbitrator picks one?
Gameplay:
1.) Do we have more control of our fielders this year? It felt too automated to me.
2.) Can we change to cutoff man after we release the ball?
3.) Is there more errors and variety of errors?

Mode (Season/Franchise): Playing multiple games the same day
It's been confirmed that you can play any game you want within your season/franchise. That's great, but I'm wondering how that would affect the out-of-town scoreboards, particularly with overlapping games.
I mean, if you play a 7:00E game, and as you are wrapping that up see a 7:00C game tied at 4 in the 6th, could you go play that game and essentially wipe out what was theoretically happening during your 7:00E game? Would that wipe out the rest of the scores as well?
I love the fact that you can jump in and play any game that intrigues you on any given day, but I am totally OCD about those out-of-town scoreboards
I just love how they give you a larger sense of what's happening around the league, and hope that's expanded to a franchise score-ticker along the bottom or something like that.Comment

I can't believe I didn't think about that situation.
I sure will see what happens there.
The franchise ticker was my #1 wish this year...but from the looks of things we'll have to wait at least one more year
