If it's a .png then you can just drag it into the template and the white will not show up.

On the first try? The only time I tried printing they were way off.
What dimensions did you set the print at?

I measured it and it fits perfectly with 5.125" width, and 5.875" height. Didn't even use glossy paper and it looks sweet.

What did you do? Click on the Tex Cover in here, then save it from there, then open it in paint and goto print without editing anything?

Thanks Moot, I'll give it a try. Kinda stupid on my part that I learn how to make the covers then can't print them.

What did you do? Click on the Tex Cover in here, then save it from there, then open it in paint and goto print without editing anything?

I used GIMP and re-sized it. In paint select the image and go to Image>Attributes, under units switch to inches and enter the numbers.
