Wow! I hope the SCEA guys are reading this thread because when they first showed the in-game video footage, I thought it was actual video of a Major League Baseball game and NOT a videogame! I only realized it was a videogame when the ball was hit and they switched to the fielding view. (Since that's not a view you'd see in a real life broadcast).

I have NEVER been fooled into thinking that a videogame was a real life game. AMAZING job! I can't wait!!!!!

I also was able to download the flash video to my hard drive and play it full screen.

I use Internet Download Manager for that

Like the pitching cam, more broadcast like. I was hoping to see the " Home-Run Cam " from the Yankees video as a new fielding cam though...Maybe this was from an earlier build or a user selectable option, but, I have a feeling that we will not see that cam

I agree with you. I was REALLY hoping for some new camera angles. Especially fielding ones which would show more stadium and ball flight. I have a feeling we'll still have the 3 choices we've always had. Too bad...new cams would really give a new feel and add variety.

I love the way Pedroia fields the ball and flips it to second. This looks amazing! The lighting and field ware look so real.

I also hope to see the flight of the ball on home runs this year.

Can;t wait until March 3rd! I love this game.

I'll ***** and moan about the stadium in here (why not?)

As much as I appreciate the lack of that dastardly logo on the LCF/RCF screens, those should really be out of town scoreboards. Is it possible that they change as the game goes on? That would be incredibly impressive but I really doubt that.

As CD noted above, there is no grey in the stadium anymore, everything is blue. Its been like that since 2005. As well, the car will no longer be in CF as General Motors is no longer sponsoring the team.

Otherwise, I'm very impressed. Hell, they even got the little seat number box on the top right corner of every seat.
