here's what i decided...i'd pay 60 for the game when it comes out...but i'll throw in an extra 10 if Knight and Jim can get it now so that they can get a head start on the rosters!
Would you pay extra for a early release ?

Re: Would you pay extra for a early release ?
Why would anyone pay for an early release when it means less dev time? When we go to preview it next week the game will be done. That means something takes place for about a month that doesn't include development (approval by MLB, printing, etc.). I would never want a rushed game so that I could marvel at all that didn't get done or finished.
No Jim, a finished product a month early ..... ! and being its the only game I play from march to September $120 is nothing for as much as ill play it for my entertainment dollar .
Jim just think of it as a 120 $1 items at Mcdonalds lolComment

Re: Would you pay extra for a early release ?
My question was would pay double for the game a month early for $120 . I mentioned nothing about it being unfinished , final product just a month early !Last edited by dorismary; 01-24-2009, 11:33 PM.Comment

if its finished then why don't they just release it?I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Would you pay extra for a early release ?
It was all "what if"
But If I can remember correctly in the old days 90s most/all sports games came out when the real season started its how they marketed it back then.
Now it seems most come out a month early .Comment

Haven't read all the way through this thread to see if anyone has already made this point:
No way, I want the finished version with the most bugs fixed!"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man"Comment
