Anybody seeing any bloop hits between infielders and outfielders? There has always been a serious lack of those in The Show imo.

i got a soft liner bloop with hammels that i thought was pretty cool

Strange, I am not having any trouble getting check-swings.

Me either. The check swings are working fine, maybe even more responsive than last year.

I love the check swings...I used them extensively last year but as the guys have mentioned they are tied in attributes...A majority of the Phils I have no problem checking with but with Werth and Howard it seems to be a little bit more difficult.


One thing that is a little annoying thus far is whenever I take a lead with Rollins, Kazmir is throwing over.

dont know if this helps anyone else: i had that framerate issue then i just rebooted my ps3, and it looks great now.

in another matter, does anyone know if the umpires will rotate in the retail game? woddy keller umped both games for me in the demo

Restarting your ps3 did the job? I was thinking of deleting the demo and downloading ot again. to see if that fixed the problem

In the full game you would turn down pickoff frequency. It is an easy fix.

How is Ibanez's stance? A pic or vid? He was a former mariner so getting his stance right was a hope for me this year, lol. last year his was a bit ridiculous. sorry guys..

Im from seattle if you can't tell. Keep the vids coming! My ps3 is down for the count right now so all I have to go by is the pics/vids, and they look amazing. Thanks scea, seriously. Looks like a great game.

I wasn't bothered by it, it just so happened that while I was responding about check swings I was trying to get a lead with him to steal and he kept throwing over...lol

I have absolutely no complaints about this game at all.

Quick question for you guys though...The transition from light to dark is a little quick...I am assuming that it for demo purposes only correct?

Ahh...the joy of the personalized stance debate.

Pena is a good example of our "no-win" situation. In this picture his hands are pretty low...but take a look at video from September and October...he has his hands higher...check out this video:

There are many guys like this...sometimes they are up on their toe, sometimes not....sometimes they are a little more open than other times...

The "hands higher, bent knees" Pena is what you will see in the shipping game....if he decides to lower his hands at some point in the season...well, you are on your own then....

In the version we played I did not notice quick transitions from light to dark. I have to check the demo to see it.

i heard that the red circles with the blue arrows weren't going to be there this year, when your playing on auto fielder it's still there. only on the user not the cpu. Does anyone know if it's in the upcoming game as well?

I got a 2 out bases loaded blooper between SS and LF that scored 2 runs. I actually pumped my fist!
