Yeah it's still doing it for mine too. I mean I am a tiny bit nervous. Theres always the possibility it will only effect certain people's televisions or systems, dur to a specific situation that we are all unaware of.

We will see once it comes out. I'm not gonna lie though, if it is the final version of the game I may not play it all that much.

Just played a game and went to steal 2nd base and the rays catcher threw the ball high and into center field. I never saw that in 08 after playing 100's of games. Very nice.

Finally, an impression that's not frame rate, lol.

You're right on this one. I never saw a ball sail into CF either, nice. I'm headed back to my tied game (I didn't turn off my PS3 when I left for lunch).

Ive played one game on Legend.....and got no hit and got my arse handed to me 6-0...loved it.

This is good though, i want a challenge, ill keep plugging away.

This is massive step up from 08 in so many ways, stunning visuals, smoother animations, better AI, to me, and i know this is only a demo, this looks like the greatest sports sim of all time....its that good.

Roll on March and the real thing.

p.s. the framerate issues? I simply dont see it.

I like the intro: one I saw three players throwing from the right with a coach. I also like the announcing of umpires. It might become redundant if they do not switch up. But it is all good.

that slide mark (dirt) was there the remainder of game

In the 7th, still tied.

TB pulls off a perfect 3-6-1 double play.

A total of six hits in the game, 4 for TB, 2 for me.

Try this out as, if I understood Kolbe correctly, this is how it works. TB hit a ground ball up the middle, just a little to the second base side. I ran Utley over to pick it up and pressed R2, which last year would have made him dive, however he was close enough to the ball that all he did was stretch out, make the grab and fire to first.

justn saw something great...

i threw a sinker with Hamels and my catcher blocked it and the runner on first was late getting back to first and i threw it to first and tagged him out....sweet

I'm loving that the default difficulty is a thorn in my side trying to get hits and score. Not like last year where everything was easy.

I need to practice the fielding more because when I was playing earlier I was close enough to a groundball that when I dove, I dove over it.

On replay it showed Utley fully laid out superman-style 6 inches above the ground and the ball rolling past him right under his stomach

CPU hit a fly ball to the RF wall and the runner on 2nd didn't tag up and the 3rd base coach was upset as you could tell with his body language while he was yelling at him. It's the little things that make this game shine.
