I will once again suggest Sony stores. I mean, Sony can't fine Sony, can they? A couple Sony Stores released the game early in Toronto last year. While I will not be checking any, as I have exams that don't end until the 2nd, hopefully some people here can pick it up early.

The street dates have nothing to do w/ Sony. It is MLB that makes that rule. Sony would probably LOVE to get their game out before the competitions. But I believe that may be one of the reasons for not allowing it to be sold earlier than the street date.

I'll have to check the Sony store. Unfortunately, I only know one guy there who I've met twice - friend of a friend. I'd love to know someone who works at these stores. There is one small store in Windsor that I could try but I don't think I've ever gotten a game ahead of the street date so I'm sure nothing will change. The Big Box stores are pointless.
