I'm having a save season issue. I started a 29 game season with the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1lace w:st="on">Rockies</st1lace>, just to get by until opening day. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>

Last night I made it to my fifth game against the Tigers and got my first win of the season. Exiting the game the season auto saved. Now when I go in and load the current season the last game I played does not show a result in the calendar day I played the Tigers, nor does the standings show the game. However, the game shows my next pitcher for the game as Cook, which is my number 1, and my original pitcher for that game is not listed, my number 5. When I go look at my pitchers line up my number 5 pitcher is totally tired as if he pitched the game.<o></o>

It looks like the game was played but the results of the game not saved. The save file shows the correct time of the end of my last game and when it was over and should have saved.<o></o>

I'm sure the game is lost but hopefully this can be investigated.<o></o>

I read every post *whew* and haven't seen this glitch:

When I'm in the bullpen, moving from last pitcher (closer) to top pitcher, the top pitcher's stats stay the same as the closer. Moving down one then back up to first pitcher shows his real stats.

Also I've experienced one other glitch:
In PNC park as pirates, McClouth hits a ball close to the foul line, but fair. Nobody reacts and Doumit on first runs the bases and scores. Then its back to McClouth batting with the same count as before and the run counted.

I had the same problem that Nim stated above. I played a game, got a player hurt even and put him on the DL. Later came back to the game and it shows my player injured and my pitchers etc tired, but no results show and I have to replay the game. There is another thread related to this regarding every player being tired and I think they are tied together. The game thinks they are playing two games in one day and it wears them out badly.

im not sure if this has happen to anyone but after I came back from a injury (60 day DL) in RTTS mode im not getting any points anymore to increase my stats. At the end of each game im at 0. During the game it shows me getting points but at the end im at zero... sigh I dont wanna start over

Did you choose to play injured? Don't.

I was put on the DL so during the 60 days I had no choice but to sit out. When I came back I was not 100%. I decide to play anyways but since i was a AAA bench player I did not even get in a game and then it said I was fully healed. I have tried siming some games and still no points.

any ideas?

There's why. This was in last year's from what I've heard but my RTTSers rarely get injured but I usually don't save after that.

I'd also like to bring up possibly another bug. My RTTS SP (being used as a reliever) came into a game that went into extras (entered in 11th). I was relieved in the 19th after getting the first guy out. Final score was my team losing 3-2. According to the box score, the game went 30 innings?! The guy that relieved me pitched 1 inning but the guy after him (loser) shows 0 for IP but has everything else shown. Totals show 19.1 for innings (everyone but his) and everything else is right (just isn't showing how many innings he pitched which I can only assume is 10.2 because this was a home game).

I do not know if this necessarily belongs here but it was kinda a quirky play. I was playing with the Red Sox at home against the White Sox and I was pitching with Lester. Alexei Ramirez hit a grounder to Lowrie who back handed it and threw it to first (Youkilis), when the throw was about halfway there Youkilis stepped off the bag towards the ball and he caught it. The ball would have beat Ramirez to the bag. The ump called Ramirez safe and the announcers said something along the lines of a rookie mistake brought Youkilis off the bag.

However, the throw was not offline. Looking at it from a different point of view. The ball was going straight to first but when it was halfway there Youkilis started walking towards the ball. Usually the fielder would move off the base to the side if the ball was gonna be wide of the bag but this throw was perfect.

I was gonna record the replay to show you all but I experienced the record movie bug (where you cannot exit the replay and have to turn off the game) for the first time.

I know of plays where the first baseman would stretch out for the ball pulling his foot off the bag but this throw was online and in plenty of time and Youkilis took several steps off the bag.

Just experienced a dissapearing base runner glitch in RTTS. I hit a double with Chipper Jones on first base, and he was safe at third at the end of the play. Suddenly when the next batter comes up, he is no longer on third. The number of outs hasn't changed, and neither has the score. So he just dissapeared. Very strange.

More than likely unless you have a backup save before it happened.
