I remember when I lived in Chicago, I went to the new Comiskey (as it was called then, I don't know WTF it is now. Maybe ExtenZe Field with all the advertising they do), and that was ONE UGLY ballpark. No character at all. Plus you get vertigo if you have to get to upper level seats due to the incline

It was built before the stadium rennaissance that followed after Camden Yards in Baltimore, and the Jake in Cleveland. Now those are 2 beautiful parks. I like stadiums with character like the aforementioned, Fenway, Wrigley, SF, Coors Field, new Yankees Stadium, etc., but I just don't see a lot of character in the new Mets stadium. I will have to check it out on MLB.TV tomorrow.
My brother, a White Sox fan, tells me the stadium is much nicer now. It looks a little better on TV from what I can tell.

), but it is going to be a traditional ballpark. It's pretty cold in Minneapolis still in April sometimes especially at night, and then late September/October can have some cool nights
