for those waiting to start a franchise due to the lineup or historical stats glitch, I can upload my rosters into the roster vault that solves that issue. All the FA moves won't have been made(Pudge not on Astros) and Sheff is still a Tiger, but you can do these moves manually before starting your season.

Any gameplay fixes, shouldn't cause you to have to re-start a franchise.

Can someone explain to me the historical stat glitch I hear about?

a few of the roster updates caused an issue with historical stats to where players' historical stats were swapped. A-Rod and someone else's stats were swapped making A-Rod have less than 500(not sure the exact number) and Pujols' RBI stats were flawed, and I'm sure there were more.

The rosters I have don't have this issue nor the lineup glitch, so if anyone is interested, let me know and I'll throw them on the roster vault.

Kolbe commented on the patch earlier today. There's not much in the way of new info, but it's nice to get word from one of the developers none the less. I saw this in the comments section of his latest blog on his Arena page (Link: http://tinyurl.com/dg7gey Comment # 2). Here's what he said...

The patch is in test as we speak - not sure of its actual status (aka which part of the test phase it's currently in).

So is this why when I hit a Home Run in my Tiger Franchise with Guillen - Second game of the franchise, but 1st HR hit by a Tiger - The announcers started screaming "And there goes Number 500!". I was sitting there thinking why do they think Guillen is Gary Sheffield?

Also where to I go to see complete career numbers for my players? I wasn't able to look last night, but when I was in my franchise, all the Tigers showed 2008 and 2009 stats only on the back of their cards. Are the career stats hidden somewhere?

the career stats are on the very bottom of the card. The year by year stats only go back to 2008, but the totals at the bottom are the player's career stats.

its the 3/7 update, with roster movements(Nomar to the A's..etc..), and some of Knights adjustments to get rid of the lineup glitch.

Yeah, thanks for the update. Too bad it sounds like by the time this patch is released it will be time to start playing NCAA Football 2010.
