The Marlins are always in the top 10 of TV viewership amongst MLB teams, so there are fans, they just don't want to go to a terrible stadium to see them play
I hope what you say is true because I've always enjoyed watching them play. For the most part, they've always nice young players who are fun to watch. Matter of fact, I played a season with them last year, all 162 games.

The only way I see people coming to their games on a consistent basis is if they put one of the retractable roofs on their new stadium. Seems like I heard somewhere that they are NOT going to. Seeks like a big mistake to me. We'll see, I guess.

Sky, I was more teasing than anything. Your record speaks for itself. I kind of figured that you didn't realize it was cheese.

The problem is the delay in animation after the putout at first base. Dude is in the middle of that "Oh yeah, we got the easy put out sucka" mode when, by the time he realizes there's a man bearing down on home plate, he struggles to dig the ball out of his glove, set, and throw.

Heck, even Big Papi could score on this one

Yep.. glad I only did it once lol!
Sorry if my "tone" was a tad off. I hate cheesers and get pretty defensive about it...
        It's all good....

I'm finally starting my RTTS's (SP and CF) and can't wait to get into it deep. I'm a SP for the Angels and CF for the Mariners...

They are getting a retractable roof. Maybe you're thinking of the Twins, they were supposed to get a roof, but it was nixed

Well...if they somehow let Ninjoids work around to work again(don't know what they did different when it stopped)...that would be the way....because I didn't realize it was there when I was working and the roster is saved with the glitch(in other words...it's in there..not happening when you guys load it)

If that works again at some point...I'll fix it....save it and make sure it doesn't happen again!

I believe SCEA have been able to replicate the problems with roster loading and it affecting the stat glitch - so hopefully that makes it into the patch. How it affects previously created rosters I don't know - guess we'll have to wait and see.

If the code in the game was causing stats to change simply from loading saved rosters, then wouldn't it also be possible to create coding that would cause the stats to revert back to the correct numbers? Does that make sense?

I feel like I didn't word that question too well...

                    Yes...it does.

I'm hoping that whatever was letting glitched rosters be reset..works again..that's what I meant......and that's what I think you are saying to, correct?

yoooo WTF? I just tried something. I started up a chise using bone stock default rosters. Went to the FA list and found griffey. Career HR's... 611. Arod....553. Giambi...396.. Ichiro...1805 hits. Manny 527 HR's...Sheffield 499. Knight, I'm sure you tried basing your roster sets off bone stock default rosters?

last year the patch worked on existing franchises so it should be the same this year.
"on hoping there is a PSN flash sale before Valentine's Day"
Man there are no flashers... now what are we going to do for vd
I'm sure there's plenty of prostitutes you could pay if you really want vd.
yea but will they take psn cards
Depends on what area of a hooker you would use to redeem them.

                        lol

On top of all this, most people that live down there are in to the Dolphins. I'm really surprised that they are pouring money into a new stadium.
i went to the mets @ marlins game saturday
                            40k people there....what a game

yet it was hot/humid as hell.

if they had a roof id go to more games.....but only when the mets come down!

dolphins stadium is in a good location. its centralized to dade/broward/palm beach

putting the new stadium in little havana is a waste. that place is all scum.....ever been to calle ocho...lol

and its a war zone to get in & get out of.
it takes me like 20 minutes to get from my huse to the stadium now. it takes me 1:30 to get to the heat arena. and the orange bowl (marlins stadium site) is even worse to get in out of than the heat arena

heat arena = east side of i-95. go over the bridge = south beach
the marlins ballpark = west of i-95. its its a warzone.
