Re: A POSSIBLE 'Solution' For That Lineup Glitch

    Rod,
Can you keep us updated on how this works for you? I used the two controller method to keep CPU lineups realistic for PS2 last season, but I don't have a second controller yet for PS3.
I'm interested in seeing if the computer will sub out your starters when they start to get tired.
    Thanks in advance!

        again, no problem

again, no problem...playing my second game in the opening homestand with my Mets...I did the same things previously, and both rosters are exact

Im thinking that maybe this works ONLY in Franchise mode and ONLY with one's franchise team?

Yes, they do. I play all my games with 2 controllers and then move it back to the middle (CPU). The CPU acts just like they do any other time.

I tried this today in franchise with just one controller and it worked fine for me. I usually use 2 controllers since I have 3 of them (2 sixaxis and 1 dual shock 3).
I may have gotten lucky with the Astros lineup, but I don't think so since the CPU always seems to throw Miguel Tejada in the 2 slot when left to "its" own devices .

Personally, I am getting sick of changing these lineups. Man, I hope they fix this .

I have been using this since MLB 07 to keep the lineups how I want. I have used it in season, franchise, and exhibition modes.
