After my first season and then its play exhibitions if I get the itch to play. I usually stop playing around September when football season begins.

Depending on how good Madden is, ill prolly reduce my playing time with the Show. But ill still play it until MLB10 The Show drops. Have done this the past 3 years so Im going to try to keep the streak alive. I like the Show bc if Madden isnt up to par, at least I have a safety net to fall on and that is the Show.

I'm one of those dorky guys that has to play every game (no simming allowed), so I will probably shelve The Show one real life football season starts. I figure by then I will have played about a season and a half of my franchise, and I will probably start playing again once football season ends.

January-February is normally spent with a Fable, Zelda, or Mass Effect type game.

February-September is all about baseball gaming with the occasional Fight Night/Tiger Woods/Punch Out! type game thrown in for variety. Then I throw in NHL when the real life playoffs start to get my fix.

September-January is all about NCAA, Madden, and NHL.

Gotta love the gaming rotation..haha.

I'll probably be playing this game longer than most. I don't plan on buying MLB 2010, so I'll keep playing this one. I don't think its worth it to buy a new game every year. With a baby on the way, I won't have as much time, but I'm sure I can find time to sneak in a game here or there.

I generally play through the season. I take a small break right after the AS game (Summer at it's peak...gotta be outside more) and then get back into it majorly during the stretch run and playoffs.

I also usually pick it back up sometime in late December-early January when the preliminary info on the new game starts leaking out. Hands down, baseball gets the most attention of all my videogaming endeavors.

when mlb the show 10 is out, this is the best sports game ever so i play it as long as possible, did it already this year (08->09) :>

I play my one game a day through the season (as much as possible taking into consideration trips,etc), and this year will get the pleasure of the playoffs if my team doesn't make it, something that last years game lacked.....then I wait for The Show 10.
I have RE5, which I haven't opened and will probably just fool around with that during the off season. Normally I would pick up the other baseball title and play that, but no way am I touching that game this year.

I'll stop when the world series is done, after all, this is the reason why I bought my ps3. Also, I will be tying in Fight Night round 4, madden 10, or even backbreaker. NHL is up there too. You need to play other games than just the show, it keeps everything fresh.

Won't stop until my season is done(most fun game I've ever had). Hopefully I will make the playoffs, but if not, I will play as one of the teams that makes. I don't like football so I don't get the Madden itch like so many. After the World Series, I will buy NBA 2k and play it until The Show 10 comes out.

When & if I'm knocked out of the playoffs which is a long time away for that answer. I restarted my Season about 2 weeks ago and am curently 7-9 with the Dodgers. I am going to try and start getting my 8-12 games a week in. Peace!!!!

I played 5 or so season of MVP 5, so I figure I can do the same with this game for a few years and then get the new show, or whatever replaces it in the future. Baseball is the only game I play.

I will be playing it off-and-on with other games all the way through the real season. Hopefully I can get at least two seasons of Franchise done. Then, I will probably take a couple months off and resume my Franchise.

This will most likely be the first sports video game I play year-round until the next years version is released. The only thing that could keep that from happening is if EA gets NCAA Football right this year, then The Show might start collecting dust after my season is over.
