1. The Actual Orange/Black Walls @ Citi Field (Mets)
2. Sample Fan Chants to use in music editor
3. Extended Commentary for playoffs specific pitchers and situations. More Radio calls from 2009 season. too many memorable plays: castillo dropped ball, bruntlett triple play, ethier walk offs, jeter's breaking hit record
4. More Rex Hudler: he seems to fall in the background between vasgersian and campbell
5. Home Run Derby and mini games to practice skills
6. downloadable content: plz go all out; historic teams, stadiums, throwback jerseys, walkup music in team pkgs.
7. Create A Team/Team Uniform Editor
8. SS Brendan Ryan's High Socks!!
9. Signature Animations: More player reactions due to gameplay like if he makes a big strike out or home run u might see a fist pump or something; and walk-off hr stuff (see 2009 yankees)Comment

Jokes aside, the rest of your list sounds good. I just can't fathom a world were there is more Rex Hudler. I don't want to live in such a world.

I LIKE Rex!
They will get the Citi walls right...I'm sure.
Now....#9 on that list sounds GREAT!
Especially if they gave us a few animations we could assign to players. That would be nice!
Imagining assigning a SP "the shooting gun"(his finger) ani....making the frequency(of seeing the ani) low(I'd kill him if he did it after every K).....then getting struck out with the bases jammed by him and him doing that to you!
I'd bean him in his next AB for sure!

Re: Put your "wishlist" things HERE (even though it's too late for The Show '10)
(1) Total roster control WITH injuries and the ability to force players on the DL.
(2) Sync up with PSP so I can play some of my season games on the train to work. I believe it was a memory issue before but with the PSPGo, it shouldn't be any more.
If this was all they added, it would be more than enough for me. Actually, if they added just #1, I would be a happy gamer.Comment

Hmm...hanging...
I'd fire you as well Knight (this of course under the false premise that I can fire anybody here...lol), but I am woefully dependent on your rosters like crack.

I may be in the minority, but I'd just as soon see them scrap "Soup" too and redo color commentary altogether. Matty V is the man though.Comment

Anymore talk about Rex continuing as a color man will result in a BAN from these boards, uh, no, no from this EARTH, forever. Fingernails on a black board. I turned the commentary completely off because of his stuff.Comment

Everything's been pretty much covered in this thread, my only want is please SCEA remove the cpu comeback option so as not to wonder whether i should have it ON or OFF.Comment

Re: Put your "wishlist" things HERE (even though it's too late for The Show '10)
I know i posted already but I thought of more stuff this game could use. Thanks for all the ppl who defended me on Rex Hudler. I believe Rex is an invaluable resource to this game. Without him Campbell and Vasgersian would sound dry, uninteresting and plain boring... Mind u this was a man that played several years in baseball at many positions and in the minors, I think he knows what he is talking about. If yall don't believe me listen to an LA Angels game on radio sometime. He also has done commentary in World Series Baseball 2K3 which is one of the most underrated games in my opinion cuz every1 fell in love with MVP Baseball. while I wouldn't mind a return of EA's game to the baseball gaming scene, we have to make due with what we have. And frankly The Show is the best of what's available for several years running...Now to my list
1. I would like to see external views of all the stadiums like what MLB 2k7 did in their broadcast presentation. it would give all of us who can't make it to the ballpark an idea of what they look like.
2. Situation mode: MVP had a mode like this where u got to create your own situations by picking the teams, outs, runs, inning # and baserunners. This could help us practice our managerial skills.
3. I would like to see a change in the main menu presentation. it's kinda been the same for a while and i feel like we deserve better. How about something team themed in layout. and instead of photos from the player cards, maybe we can have a highlight video of plays from the past year.
4. Scenario Mode/Recreation of Famous Moments.
I know madden has a mode similar to this in concept and it has been used in SCEA's NBA Inside game too, where u as the gamer get to recreate or change history. it would be a nice distraction from playing the other modes.
5. Please next year or whenever, U gotta make the trophies easier. No one is gonna win a perfect game with a RTTS playa on all-star. plus the online league trophies are riduculous. Ask any body on PSN and they'll tell u that MLB 09 the show's trophies are too difficult for a sports game. there's no reason to have a causal or expert gamer stress over gettin an accomplishment.
So once again these r my additions to the wish list and i hope SCEA and OS board members take notice b/c honestly i just want to see the best baseball game possible.Comment

Re: Put your "wishlist" things HERE (even though it's too late for The Show '10)
Here are some of my ideas:
Franchise-First thing should be to improve the trade logic with the CPU. Also, if they could improve the trade block and be able to be more involved in trades and stuff like that.
It would then be cool if they could have some kind of highlight show like Madden 10 or NFL 2K5, maybe some sort of MLB Network thing? Sticking with this idea, I would like to have some sort of storielines that follow your team and the rest of the MLB. Maybe a newspaper like the old Madden games?
It would be nice too if you could have some minor league scout that reports to you on your or other team's prospects. For example, you need to call up an outfielder since your star got hurt. Your scout would give you feedback on your AAA team's outfielders and you could decide who to call up. Another way to use it is where if you're trying to trade a player away for prospects you could send your scout to watch prospects and he'll give you feedback then.
I also think they need to improve scouting. Maybe you should unlock some of their attributes if you scout them for enough time?
Road to the Show-Like others have mentioned before, contracts and money should be worth something. Maybe the more money you got, you could get some sort of special attributes or something that you can't get with training points? Or maybe you could unlock stuff, like the baseball cards in 2K?
There could also be ranks for your player, and a player card like in the NHL games. As you work your way up, what if you got like additonal training points or something? Or more confidence from your manager and a better chance you'll be called up? Staying with this, you could also have a reputation too. Like you could be untouchable or a trading asset and stuff.
I don't have much ideas for this, but it would also be cool if there were more off the field stuff instead of just playing games and stuff.
Presentation-This would be completely optional, but maybe some sort of pre-game show? Where they break down your matchup and analyze it? Maybe even show highlights from other games? It would at least be cool for playoff games and the World Series.
The commentary is great, but it would be better if they had more lines. I've heard all of them tons of times.
Also, more cutscenes are stuff.
Online-The lag needs to be fixed. Easily the biggest problem of the game.
Maybe an online franchise like in Madden/NCAA?
Online homerun derby if they bring it back.
Other-Playoff mode would be fun
Home run derby makes a return
Better replay system
Some sort of collectables, like baseball cards and stuff like that.Edmonton Oilers Fan
