ive seen it 3 times so far. the last two was in the same series vs the cubs, game 2 fukudome missed one right off the edge of his glove on the run. in game 3 fukudome missed a deep fly ball, just completely blew the catch. prior to this, i had only seen it happened once, and that was with jermaine dye.
