Hey, with a little help from Community College's "Championship Edition" cover pic, I was able to perform surgery on Jorge Posada's arm in AlbertPujolsFreak5's cover.
It's a little rough, and it does block the logo a bit but I'm sure Jorge feels better

probably topaz, lucis, or some other photoshop filter. Or they just did it manually with multiple duplicated renders and edited the photoshop layers accordingly.
