Just remember that a lot of that type stuff gets added later in the process.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

Re: MLB '10: The Show - Broken Bats Gameplay
Just some random thoughts:
The game has a fresher look graphics-wise. Kinda has an MLB 2K7 look to it. (which is a good thing)
I'm not sure Denard Span actually holds the bat for that long in front of him. There's no way he gets around on a Sabathia fastball holding the bat like that.
Dirt and grass look better. Looks like some texture improvements there.
I don't like how Morneau gets the ball at first then takes a couple steps and suddenly stops, then throws an awkward-looking toss to the pitcher. Nothing looks natural about it.
Wish they would have fixed the way the ball comes back to the pitcher from the catcher. I don't like how the pitcher just stands there with his glove out in front of him and the ball hits his glove without him even moving it. It may be minor nitpicking but it doesn't look natural.
These are just my random thoughts about what I see so far. This game will still be great, but I want it to be perfect.Comment

The graphics are fantastic. Its like I can't describe what's so much better, it just is"Life is like baseball, it's the number of times you arrive home safely that counts"Comment

Re: MLB '10: The Show - Broken Bats Gameplay
Love the check swing variety in the sample, Granderson reaction after goingt too far was classic, Span straining to hold the check and body leaning towards third to hold were also pretty to see.
On the broken bat foul ball, nice to see the nonchalant glove up catch by the 3B instead of the ole stumbling backhand we are used to.
Didnt care for the series of events prior to Morneau's toss to first but Im also guessing that is was a user doing it not the CPU.
But the real little thing I liked the most, after catching the runner at first on the flip, the pitcher underhands back to Morneau to start the throw around. Thats real sweet.Last edited by JaSnake16; 01-08-2010, 10:06 AM.OS Longtime Lurker - Extremely occasional OS Poster
