Call me crazy, flame me, etc.....

      BUT......

I really don't see THAT much difference between 10 and 09.

If you listen closely, you can hear commentary. I heard Campbell say "The Royals draw first blood here in the first" after that score.......

The overall look (ok, maybe it's because of the camera) didn't seem much different than what I see now playing 09.

Again, I'll have to wait to see the actual demo, as well as the actual trailers.

The crowd did seem much more lively. Looked like real people walking across the screen..........oh, wait.

Graphics alone, no you won't see that much of a difference between '09 and '10. Reading the fact sheet and the subtle changes that have been made to this game, and as a baseball fanatic, I'd say that the game is night and day comparing this year to last.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

All the videos are amazing but now its like, I want to play, not watch someone else have the fun

Dmbfan, today, if you stop by the 3D Booth, could you try to find out if the show will ever be in 3D on the ps3 because I've heard that it will have to be on the ps4 to happen. Thanks.

i understand the fears/complaints about the ground rule double. but there is one key factor people are missing: balls hit that high in the air are almost always caught. the guy controlling the outfield team apparently has two left hands, thus the towering fly drops in, and bounces over.

even so, did the bounce look a little too springy?? sure. but nothing to freak out over. it's a very, very small sample size.

I'd like to know if we have clear, partly cloudy, and overcast skies for night games as well as day games this year. Probably not something dmbfan is looking for, maybe Ramone can chime in.

oh god, not the weather talk again. there are so many more important things to wish for.

forget more realistic hitting and commentary- we want RAINOUTS!!!

For you maybe, but not for him. Also he didn't mention anything about rainouts.

The stickler for animations that I am, I also liked the few new OF to IF throwing animations I saw. And as said, the check swings really enhance the reality of the game.

I just wish we could see more batters with full signature routines down to between pitch warm up swings and all that.

Considering they did this big focus thread asking for us to gather as much info as we can for player routines, my hopes are high.

One thing I noticed in the videos that made me giddy (and I can't remember if it was in last year's game) was how as the batters/videos changed, the time shown on the centerfield scoreboard kept changing and getting later and later. That was AWESOME to see! Having been at Yankee Stadium to see a TON of games last year, I have to say that the cathedral in the Bronx looks incredible!

there are so many pages in this thread already, so I don't know if this was asked.... but TC, did you get a chance to play the game in 3D..

I believe they have it in Sony's 3D OLED section.

I didn't say one thing about weather. Try re-reading my post and after you do that, read it again.

Yeah that is slap in the Face. I'm pretty sure they know more than you Blzer. In fact they know how hard it is to program games. So even the things that seem simple to you are not simple in the programming world.
