    a few things I've noticed:

it looks like Nick Johnson wears a mouth-piece, which he does in real life as well.

Players use pink bats on Mother's Day

The waving towels in the playoffs.

saw a fan topple over the fence reaching down for a foul ball

fouled a ball off the ump...and down goes frazier!!! it was a really cool scene. he staggered back and then down to his knees

The active bullpens is a real nice touch for me. At a lot of parks you may not notice it, but at Wrigley for instance, it's a big deal. Nice to just see when an opponent is warming someone up while you're playing.

Just seen this in an exhibition game. The umpire took it off the mask and goes down. Actually had a few minute delay as well

Along these lines, I pitted Kershaw & Lincecum against each other last night and when Kershaw came to bat they talked about how both of them were 1st round draft picks in 2006.

hahah thats great. I also played cardinals vs giants and when Yadier came up to bat he softly pushed Bengie as he walked near him and it knocked him off balance a little and then they both appeared to laugh. At first I thought, what was that all about then I realized that they were brothers. So good.

was just playing my RTTS and was in the starting lineup for a day game on Sunday, June 20th. When i came up to bat, i noticed my wrist/forearm bands were a light blue color, instead of the usual dark blue. Then i noticed that other players on my team, as well as opposing players had the same color bands. thats when i checked my calendar and saw that June 20th is fathers day. i remember reading about maybe trying to get the pink accessories in for mothers day, but i never put much stock in it actually happening. wow.....way to prove me wrong guys

Well I'm new to the PS3, so after years of 2k, having this thrown in for the people who go through all the stats and stuff at the end of the game is amazing

Playing in Boston there are people in the stands with green basketball jerseys on. Was that in before? Either way pretty cool. Not sure where else it happens but even though not licensed, obviously a Celtics tribute.

Everything. It's so much prettier with presentation this year. :/ From the Hr Derby, With the fans reaching for the homers. If it's to the left of a fan, They lean left to try for it. And if you hit fouls or throw an error towards the dugout, The players up on the rail scoot back to the dugout. Pretty.

I may be wrong, but I've also seen USC color's down at PETCO Park.

One cool thing I saw in RTTS was when they showed the pitch speeds for the opposing pitcher and said "Now let's see the arsenal on this 23-year old right hander." Even though he was a generic minor player. It's nice to see this as rookies will actually seem like real people.

Sacrifice fly against my team and I threw it home. It was late but as my pitcher went back to the mound from behind the plate the catcher lobbed it to him. And foul balls now can be deflected off the base coaches.
